Company Overview
Established in 2011, Listers Property Consultants are a Plymouth-based commercial property agency. Founded by experienced Chartered Surveyor, Ifan Rhys-Jones BSc MRICS. Ifan’s previous roles have included commercial property asset management in Sydney, residential agency in London and a specialism in south west regional offices, in Exeter. Commercial Surveyor Gareth Forrest provides additional expertise, specifically in commercial property sales and lettings. Then, as there is in every business, there is the glue that holds everything together and that comes from Gemma Webb who joined the business in 2018 and provides huge support to Gareth and Ifan by managing the agency administration.
In June 2023 the company was bought by Miller Commercial, a firm of Chartered Surveyors and Business Property Specialists based in Truro but with a wide reach throughout the South West and beyond. Miller Commercial has roots dating back to the 1950s and became fully independent in 1994. The dynamic multi-disciplinary business of specialist departments, from agency to commercial property management to professional and business transfer, has grown substantially since then, and with four Partners, our expert team now totals 19. This provides a stable platform for high quality, commercially driven property advice across a full spectrum of services.
Both Listers Property Consultants and Miller Commercial comply with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors Rules of Conduct, Manual of Estate Agency and Practice.
