  • Tom Howard Head of Building Surveying - Miller Commercial

    Tom is Head of Building Surveying throughout all of the business including Listers Property Consultants and its Parent Company Miller Commercial. His role is to oversee the delivery of a high quality building surveying service throughout Cornwall, Devon and the wider South West. This includes Schedules of Condition, schedules of dilapidations, carrying out fire reinstatement valuations, providing defect diagnostics, agreeing licenses to alter, producing specifications for major works, contract valuations; producing PPM’s and residential and commercial structural surveys. He graduated from Nottingham Trent University with a MSc Building Surveying (RICS accredited). Tom passed the APC to become Chartered in 2018. He lives in Cornwall with his partner and their 3 dogs. In his spare time he likes to cycle, do park runs and walk his dogs.

  • Hannah Sieniewicz Assistant Building Surveyor - Miller Commercial

    Hannah joined Lister Property Consultants' Parent Company Miller Commercial in June 2023 as an Assistant Building Surveyor in our Building Surveying Department. Previously she had a career at sea with the Royal Navy Reserve and SubSea7. The demand for our building surveying services will see Hannah work throughout Cornwall and Devon. She is currently completing a MSc Building Surveying alongside studying and preparing for her RICS APC which will give her Chartered status. Hannah lives on the north coast of Cornwall where she and her husband enjoy taking their dog Molly on long beach walks.
